Top city attractions
Tbilisi is a city with unique character which might prove exotic enough in many respects to a European visitor. There are numerous churches throughout the city, with the most fabulous being the Holy Trinity Cathedral. It would be natural to travel through the Old Town and go for one of the multiple Sulphur baths. Mother Georgia statue or the Tbilisi TV tower would offer a panoramic view over the city. Yet another distinctive objective is the leaning clock-tower which activates its mechanical puppets every hour to display the cycle of life from birth to death.
