Limitation of passenger`s mobility *

Passenger can ascend and descend steps and move in the aircraft cabin, but requires a wheelchair to and from the aircraft. Important: request for transportation of a wheelchair passenger must be sent to UIA Contact Center no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

For some categories of the special assistance: if necessary, check-in staff is entitled to ask the passenger to provide the medical clearance form MEDIF (Medical Information Form) or medical card FREMEC (Frequent Traveller's Medical Card)
