UPD. UIA will not reduce flights to Italy
December 17, 2021: Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) announces the decision to save all flights to Italy. As a result of additional market analysis, the reason for this was the preservation of significant inbound traffic from Italy to Ukraine and a sufficient amount of non-tourist outbound traffic in the opposite direction.
We remind you that UIA is currently forging flights to Rome and Milan, including:
- Kyiv (KBP) - Rome (FCO) - Kyiv (KBP) – on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays;
- Kyiv (KBP) - Milan (MXP) - Kyiv (KBP) – daily flights.
At the same time, given the tightening of restrictions by the Italian Ministry of Health, the airline will allow Ukrainian tourists to re-issue tickets free on other dates or routes, issue a promo code or get a refund. Details can be found at the link.
We remind you that UIA operates flights to a number of cities, from which it is easy to get to the ski resorts. The airline offers to reissue tickets to these destinations: Barcelona (Andorra), Geneva, Munich, Tbilisi, Salzburg, Istanbul, and later Kayseri and Erzurum (Turkey).
Before planning a trip, UIA strongly advises to closely monitor the updating of rules and epidemiological restrictions of a destination country on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine or on the IATA website.
