Updated information about UIA flights during COVID-19
The safety and security of passengers and crew have always been Ukraine International’s utmost priorities. Following the policies introduced by the Governments of some countries to prevent further spread of COVID-19, Ukraine international adjusts flight schedule.
As of today, neither international nor national authorities distributed any guidelines on cancellation of operations to any country. Meanwhile, Ukraine International fully understands some passengers who planned their international trips in March and April, might be deeply concerned with the situation.
In this regard, the airline offers a free-off charge (subject to seat availability in the initial booking class) departure date change within ticket validity. This applies to tickets for any UIA flight departing from March 13 through April 8 that were purchased before march 12. All auxiliaries are automatically re-attached to the new booking.
The airline will proactively contact passengers of cancelled flights using their personal contact details (indicated in the booking) to offer departure date and/or route change.
Due to uncertainty in the policies of governments internationally, Ukraine International offers passengers who will purchase tickets starting from march 13, an opportunity to make one free departure date change regardless of the booking class and fare regulations.
