Important: transportation of animal is allowed provided the passenger assumes full responsibility for animal and arranges all necessary health and/or vaccination certificates, export, import or transit permits etc. required by the laws and rules of departure, transit and arrival countries.

In case of carriage of a pet for emotional support you need to provide medical certificate from your attending physician confirming that you require emotional support.

Request for pet transportation should be sent to UIA Customer Support Center no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.
