You can check-in online for UIA charter flights, view the flights schedule, as well as order additional services for your charter flight.

Online check-in is available for UIA charter flights from Ukraine. Online check-in for UIA charter flights opens 24 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Only at Boryspil International Airport, from March 20, 2019, the check-in of charter flights passengers and their baggage is carried out with the help of self-check-in kiosks located on the third level of Terminal D.

Order extra services to make your journey even more enjoyable! You can now book and pay for all additional services on UIA charter flights* on our website.

Choose delicious meals from our chef-created menu. Order and pay for meals at least 36 hours before departure time indicated on the ticket. Submit your order online or at your travel agency / tour operator.
Reserve your preferred seat on board at least 24 hours before departure. Select your favourite seat via our website or at your travel agency.
Make the trip unforgettable with the "Greetings on board" service. Create a festive atmosphere for yourself and your loved ones. The service includes:
- personal greetings from the crew;
- a delicate almond cake macarons;
- a festive drink on your choice.
Order priority airport service on UIA charter flights.
The service includes:
- Separate check-in at the airport
- Marking of baggage with a special "PRIORITY" tag
- Priority boarding
Available packages "Individual" for one passenger and "Family" for 2-5 passengers (available with pre-order service).
Pre-ordering of the service is available no later than 24 hours before departure. The service is provided on flights departing from Boryspil International Airport.
Book the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service. We'll take care of your child (from 5 to 16 years old) travelling alone. Meals are included. At the request of the parents/guardians the Unaccompanied Minor service can be provided to passengers aged from 16 to 21 years.
Save up to 50%** on the following services:
- carriage of cats/dogs in the cabin (the weight of a container with an animal should not exceed 10 kg; max. size: 55 x 40 x 23 cm);
- carriage of sporting equipment;
- carriage of extra baggage.
Book carriage of an animal in the hold. You can order this service via our website, at your travel agency and any UIA ticket office.
