Entry of visitors and tourists to Dubai

Residents returning to Dubai:

• If you are holding a Dubai residency visa, please complete the application independently on the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA). Which is only accessible outside the UAE.
• Every passenger flying to Dubai needs to fill in this health declaration form and the quarantine undertaking form. Both forms need to be printed, completed and handed over to Dubai Health Authority staff at arrival.

Tourists / visitors:

• Tourists / visitors will require travel insurance covering Covid-19 or declare that they will bear the costs for treatment and isolation if necessary before they travel.
• Tourists / visitors are required to have COVID-19 Negative Certificate. All passengers must take PCR tests before travel (72 hours before flight) in any medical laboratory accredited by the Government of Ukraine. The list of such medical laboratories can be checked on the website.
