Introduction of mileage validity

In order to increase an activity of Panorama Club and Panorama Club CORPORATE UIA Loyalty Programs’ Members to use accumulated bonus miles, UIA introduces miles validity.

According to UIA Loyalty Programs’ Terms and Conditions:

The validity of miles accrued on the Panorama Club Member’s individual accounts are 36 (thirty six) months from the actual date of flight performed, service used or miles accrued by special offers, promotions, etc.
The validity of miles accrued on the Panorama Club CORPORATE accounts are 36 (thirty six) months from the last calendar day of the month, according to the flight activity results of which miles were accrued.

Miles that were not redeemed within 36 (thirty six) months, will expire automatically on the last calendar day of the current quarter.

31 March, 2017 an automatic expiration of miles accumulated on the Members’ accounts for the entire period until 31 March, 2014 and not redeemed by Members on 31 March, 2017 will be made.

Information about miles that will expire for the next 5 (five) quarters is available by request to UIA Contact Center and:

For Panorama Club Members – in Personal Web Account on UIA website (My Profile – Account Summary).
For Panorama Club CORPORATE Members – in Corporate Web Account on UIA website (Company Profile – Account Summary).

UIA recommends Members to check the amount of miles that will expire on 31 March, 2017 and to use miles for Panorama Club awards that are available for booking for the next 340 days: award tickets for UIA and Partner Airlines (Austrian Airlines, KLM, Air France, TAP Portugal, Etihad Airways) flights, award upgrades, discounts for flights up to 50%, UIA additional services, to cover some administrative fees. If plans change, it is available to make the necessary changes to the issued award.
