Features of the “Manage My Booking” service allow you to check the cost of making changes to the ticket, book new flights and services, and pay by card online.

Making changes to the route is available for tickets issued on UIA forms (ticket number starts from 566) no later than 14 hours before the departure time of the first unused flight specified in the ticket.
Pre-booking of additional services is not available if your ticket is purchased for a flight operated by a partner airline or not under the UIA (PS) code.
The “Manage My Booking” service is available on the UIA website or in the mobile application (IOS, Android).
