PANORAMA CLUB PROGRAM CHANGES VALID FROM 15 AUGUST 2014

Starting 15 August 2014, UIA Panorama Club loyalty program introduces some changes, namely:

1. NEW SOFTWARE. 15 August 2014, we migrated the Program to the new AMADEUS software which will greatly enhance member benefits.

2. NEW MEMBERSHIP CARDS NUMERATION. Due to migration to the new software the numbering of membership cards will be changed:

EXISTING MEMBERS will be given new 10-digit cards numbers. Information message will be sent to members' email addresses provided during the registration in the Program. The new account will contain the entire history of participation in the Program, every accrual and redemption transaction, history of tier changes, etc. The renewal of plastic cards with new numbers for existing members will begin from 01 January 2015.

Until you receive your plastic card with a new number:

• To check your balance online – use either your valid 7-digit card number or a new 10-digit membership number, as well as your 6-digit PIN (without the dash, which was previously used).
• To earn miles automatically – present your valid 7-digit card or provide your new 10-digit number when booking your flight, during check-in and purchasing Panorama Club Partners' services.

3. NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASSIC AND PREMIUM PLASTIC CARDS:

CLASSIC membership card will be mailed to you within 30 days after your first regular flight with UIA under the PS code.

4. PREMIUM membership card will be mailed to you if during one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December) you:

• Collect no less than 20,000 status miles with UIA (scheduled flights under the PS code), or
• Fly no less than 20 flight segments with UIA (scheduled flights under the PS code). This offer is valid for flights performed from 1 January to 31 December 2014.

5. 25% EXTRA BONUS MILES FOR PREMIUM CARDHOLDERS for each UIA scheduled flight operated under the PS code.

6. "FIRST FLIGHT BONUS" FOR ONLINE JOINED MEMBERS.

Starting 15 August 2014, new members who have registered in Panorama Club Program online on www.flyUIA.com , are guaranteed to receive 1,000 bonus miles after taking their first scheduled flight with UIA under the PS code.
