Panorama Club  Terms and Conditions valid till 31.12.2018

Panorama Club Program (hereinafter "Panorama Club") is a frequent flyer loyalty program operated by Ukraine International Airlines (hereinafter "UIA") in order to reward UIA passengers that are Panorama Club members (hereinafter "Member") for their loyalty to UIA and Panorama Club Partners. Membership in Panorama Club is a subject to Panorama Club Terms and Conditions which are set out below.

1. GENERAL

1.1. UIA reserves the right to modify (in whole or in part) Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate Panorama Club at any time without prior individual notice.

1.2. Information about changes in Panorama Club Terms and Conditions are published on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). Changes and/or amendments to Panorama Club Terms and Conditions are considered as accepted by the Member if no written refusal and Panorama Club termination notification from Member was received within 2 months period since the information was published on UIA website www.flyUIA.com. If a Member objects the changes or amendments to Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, his/her participation in Panorama Club is terminated due to p.2.10 of the Panorama Club Terms and Conditions.

1.3. During certain periods, special conditions may apply for miles accrual, miles redemption or obtaining certain Panorama Club membership level. UIA passengers and Members can find this information on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

2. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

2.1. Membership in Panorama Club is open to individuals aged 2 (two) and older who are residents of the country legislation of which does not prohibit participation in airlines’ frequent flyer programs. If an applicant is a person under maturity age (according to legislation the age from which full civil capacity comes), one of his/her parents or a legal guardian (a person acting under the law in the interests of the child) acts as his/her representative.

2.2. Organizations, corporations and other legal entities cannot participate in Panorama Club but can apply for Panorama Club CORPORATE membership.

2.3. Panorama Club registration and membership are free of charge.

2.4. Membership in Panorama Club can be obtained by completing an Application form (all mandatory fields) in print version (Panorama Club leaflet, in-flight Panorama magazine, etc.) or on-line via UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

2.5. Panorama Club membership is open to individuals who have read and accepted Panorama Club Terms and Conditions and UIA’s Privacy Policy that placed on www.flyuia.com, when completing an Application form, as well as confirm the validity of all personal data herein and grant consent to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of Panorama Club Program membership and receiving the information (marketing materials) from UIA with current special offers for airline travel and other services, including e-News, joint promotional campaigns of UIA and its partners, quality of services surveys in compliance with UIA’s Privacy Policy. Commercial subscription can be withdrawn at any time either via the “unsubscribe” option as instructed in the relevant UIA’s e-letter or by sending a written request to the Data Protection Officer of UIA.

2.6. When completing Panorama Club Application form it is necessary to specify a unique email address that has not been used during the registration of Panorama Club and Panorama Club CORPORATE members.

2.7. Membership in Panorama Club is individual. Only one membership account is allowed per person. In case of more than one registration of the same Member in the Program is detected, the UIA reserves the right to cancel all duplicate registrations by merging the accounts into one, without prior notice.

2.8. A person who automatically became a Program Member by receiving a Promo-kit at the UIA flights check-in desk (Promo Application form and Panorama Club Classic UNEMBOSED plastic card) in terms of Panorama Club Promo-campaigns need to activate his/her membership in Panorama Club within 6 (six) months after receiving a Promo-kit. Activation is performed by Member by transferring the original of Promo Application form with all completed mandatory fields and signature to UIA responsible representative, flight attendant or Panorama Club office: Ukraine International Airlines, Panorama Club, 201-203, Kharkivske Road, Kyiv, 02121, Ukraine. If for any reason, the completed original of Promo Application form will not be received by Panorama Club office within 6 (six) months from the date Promo-kit was received, membership in Panorama Club will be automatically canceled and will not be restored under the previously issued Promo-kit number. The person that received the Promo-kit, completed and forwarded Promo Application form as specified above, is considered to be fully read and agreed with Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, as well as for the processing of their personal data that is mentioned in p.2.5. Panorama Club Member gets the right to use bonus miles accumulated on his/her Panorama Club account only after activation of the membership in Panorama Club.

2.9. UIA reserves the right not to accept unsigned and unfilled (mandatory fields) Members application forms. UIA reserves the right to refuse membership in Panorama Club in any reason, wherein personal data specified in application forms are not subject to further processing, storage and use on UIA side.

2.10. UIA reserves the right to suspend / terminate membership in Panorama Club of any person who fails to comply with the Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, in case of detecting the illegal / fraudulent actions of the Member, as well as in case of termination of Panorama Club program. In case if the UIA system or UIA employees detect suspicious transactions with Member account or operations potentially containing signs of certain illegal / fraudulent actions, in order to reactivate the Panorama Club membership on UIA request Member should provide appropriate supporting documentation (for example, scan-copy of the pages of the foreign passport with marks on the crossing of state borders, connected with the trip, ID photo, on which it would be possible to confirm the trip). The deadline for providing such documentation will be indicated in the UIA's request. In case if the supporting documentation is not provided or the period exceeds above stated, the UIA reserves the right to terminate membership of such Member in Panorama Club.

2.11. Membership in Panorama Club may be terminated upon the wish of a Member at any time by a written notice or from the e-mail address mentioned in Members profile.

2.12. Upon Panorama Club membership termination regardless of the reasons all accumulated miles will be cancelled without any possibility to use them.

2.13. A Member should timely inform Panorama Club about any changes in personal data that were mentioned while filling Application form.

2.14. UIA reserves the right to inform Members about Panorama Club Terms and Conditions changes; opportunities to earn and use miles; opportunities of using Panorama Club digital card; about the status of requests sent by Members to the Panorama Club, and also send congratulations to Members on holidays to the email and / or telephone specified in the Member's profile.

3. MEMBERSHIP NUMBER. PASSWORD. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

3.1. While registering in Panorama Club, each Member is assigned a membership number (card number). A Member should use the membership number when purchasing tickets on UIA and Panorama Club Partner Airlines flights, using UIA additional services and Panorama Club Non-airlines Partners’ services, as well as using a card number during the requests for issuing Panorama Club awards. Members may use membership number, which is sent in confirming email after the registration in Panorama Club was made, paper, plastic or digital membership card, which is available in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

3.2. While registering in Panorama Club each Member gets a password that is used to identify membership, to access the Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section), as well as during issuing Panorama Club awards.

3.3. A Member is fully responsible for the safety, confidentiality, non-disclosure of a membership number and password, and the impossibility of unauthorized access to this data by third parties.In case of a breach of confidentiality, Member is solely responsible for any actions with personal account, including, without limitation, any transactions on the account and violation of Panorama Club Terms and Conditions. In case of violation of confidentiality of the membership number and/or password, the Member should immediately change the password and notify Panorama Club in order to prevent unauthorized access to the personal account by third parties.

3.4. Panorama Club membership card (plastic/ digital) and membership number are personal and non-transferable and can be used only by the person whose name is indicated on the card and who owns the membership number.

3.5. Panorama Club Classic card (digital) is available to Members just after the registration in the Panorama Club, and can be downloaded and/or printed from the Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). Validity of Panorama Club Classic card - is unlimited.

3.6. Panorama Club Premium card (plastic / digital) is provided to a Member after he/she has meets the following requirements during one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December):

3.6.1. Collect 20,000 status miles, or

3.6.2. Take 20 (twenty) status flight segments.

Validity of Panorama Club Premium card - is 1 (one) calendar year.

3.7. Panorama Club Premium membership level have a specific list of benefits and privileges that are provided to the Members on UIA own regular scheduled flights under the PS code. The actual list of benefits and privileges are placed on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

3.8. Panorama Club Premium plastic card is automatically mailed to the postal address mentioned in Member’s profile within 30 (thirty) days after membership status has been changed or request for the card duplicate has been received.

3.9. In case the postal address or any other data that was indicated by the Member in the Application form has been changed Member must immediately amend it accordingly in Member’s profile in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section) or notify Panorama Club or UIA Contact Center about the changes. UIA is not responsible for Member’s failure to comply this item.

3.10. In case a Member wants to get a plastic card in the UIA sales office, representative office or airport ticket office, a Member should inform Panorama Club beforehand.

3.11. Panorama Club plastic membership cards remain the property of UIA and should be returned on first request or after membership termination.

3.12. Membership cards cannot be used after their expiry date and/or after termination of membership in Panorama Club.

3.13. Lost, stolen or damaged plastic membership cards can be replaced upon Members notification to Panorama Club.

4. MILLEAGE ACCRUAL

4.1. Miles categories. The mile is the basic unit of Panorama Club awards measurement. All miles credited to Members’ accounts are divided into two categories:

4.1.1. Status Miles are credited to a Member’s account for UIA own regular scheduled flights under the PS code and for code-share flights (jointly-operated by two and more companies) on condition that the flight is booked under the PS code. Status Miles qualify for membership level upgrade to Panorama Club Premium and can be used for Panorama Club awards.

4.1.2. Bonus Miles are credited for Panorama Club Partner Airlines own regular scheduled flights, for UIA additional services and services provided by Panorama Club Non-aviation Partners and during special offers on UIA flights. Bonus Miles can be used for Panorama Club awards but they do not qualify for membership level upgrade to Panorama Club Premium.

4.2. Status Flight Segment - is one direct Members’ flight between two airports by the UIA own regular scheduled flight or code-share flight on condition that the flight is booked under the PS code and the fare used is eligible for status miles accrual. Status Flight Segments qualify for membership level upgrade to Panorama Club Premium.

4.3. Miles accrual opportunities.

4.3.1. Members have an opportunity to earn miles for:

  • UIA own regular scheduled flights under the PS code and for code-share flights, on condition that the flight is booked under the PS code;
  • Panorama Club Partner Airlines own regular scheduled flights;
  • personally paid and used services of UIA and Non-aviation Panorama Club Partners.

The actual list of accrual opportunities and conditions is available on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

4.3.2. Miles are not credited for:

  • UIA and Panorama Club Partner Airlines charter flights;
  • flights on charter seat quota on regular UIA flights;
  • flights by tickets purchased at Low Cost fares;
  • awards flights or flights issued by award certificates on UIA and Panorama Club Partner Airlines flights;
  • for Partner’s Airline Air France flights on Kyiv-Paris and Paris-Kyiv routes;
  • unused or refunded tickets;
  • UIA or Partner services that are provided at a discount or special fare.

4.3.3. Amount of miles credited for UIA flights on each route is calculated in accordance with current IATA standards and depends on mileage distance between the point of departure and point of destination and the booking class indicated in the ticket. A Member can use Accrual Mileage Calculator on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section) to find out how many miles will be credited to the Members account. Each booking class corresponds to a specific mileage factor. The number of miles credited to the member’s account depends on the distance between the point of departure and point of destination (actual distance or “mileage minimum” applicable on destination) that is multiplied by the mileage accrual factor according to the fare paid and the booking class indicated in the ticket.

* In case of Award Upgrade issuance with the ticket reissue to the Economy Premium (I) or Business class (A), miles are accrued in accordance with the original fare (booking class), in which the ticket was purchased.

4.3.4. Amount of miles credited for Panorama Club Partner Airlines flights on each route depends on mileage distance between the point of departure and point of destination and the booking class indicated in the ticket. Each booking class corresponds a specific mileage factor. The number of miles credited to the Member’s account depends on the distance between the point of departure and point of destination (actual distance or “mileage minimum” applicable on destination) that is multiplied by the mileage accrual factor according to the fare paid and the booking class indicated in the ticket.

  • Air France: P, F – 150%; C, D, I, J, Z, S, W – 125%; A, B, Y – 100%; M, U – 75%; H, K, L, Q – 50%; G, V, E,N, R, T -25%; O, X – miles are not credited.
  • KLM: C, D, I, J, Z – 125%; B, Y – 100%; M, P, U, F, W – 75%; H, K, L, Q, S, A – 50%; T, E, N, R, G, V - 25%; O, X – miles are not credited.
  • Austrian Airlines: C, D, I, J, Z – 150%; B, G ,H, M, Q, U, V, W, Y – 100%; I, R, E, K, L, N, O, P, S, T, X – miles are not credited.
  • TAP Portugal: C, D, J, Z – 200%; B, Y - 125%; H, M, Q – 100%; G, K, L, P, S, U, V, W – 50%; I, R, A, E, N, O, T, X – miles are not credited.

4.3.5. Miles are credited according to the information indicated in the ticket. In case of involuntary flight/date or route change due to the unforeseen circumstances miles are credited for the route and flight class of the ticket initially purchased.

4.3.6. Amount of miles credited for some paid and used UIA service depends on the amount that was actually paid by the Member using the services. Actual information about UIA services for which Members can earn miles is available on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

4.3.7. Amount of miles credited for Panorama Club Non-aviation Partner services depends on the cooperation conditions with the Partner. Miles are credited in case the reservation is made directly through Partner (on website, by phone, at the office or via UIA-Partner website) without using intermediary company services. Actual information about the list of Panorama Club Non-aviation Partners and services for which Members can earn miles is available on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

4.3.8. In case of the simultaneous person participation in the Panorama Club and Panorama Club Partner Airline loyalty program, miles for the same flight can be accrued only at one of the loyalty programs accounts. When a duplicate miles accrual for the same flight in Panorama Club Partner Airline loyalty program account are found, UIA reserves the right to delete the appropriate miles from Panorama Club Member’s account without prior notice.

4.3.9. UIA reserves the right to determine the amount of miles accrued for flights, UIA and Panorama Club Non-aviation Partner services, fully or partially exclude certain services, fares, flights or categories of flights from accrual rules without prior notice.

4.3.10. In case of any mistakes in miles redemption Panorama Club reserves the right to correct Member’s account without prior notice.

4.3.11. Information on Member’s account is available in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section), providing to a Member while contacting Panorama Club, UIA Contact Center, UIA ticket offices, UIA representative offices abroad, and also provided by UIA in the periodic e-mailing.

4.3.12. Information about temporary or permanent ways and conditions of earning miles is available on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

4.4. Automatic miles accrual.

4.4.1. Miles for flights are credited to Member’s account automatically within 3 (three) days from the date of UIA flight or within 8 (eight) weeks from the date of Partner Airlines flight in case First and Last name spelling in the ticket corresponds the same spelling on the membership card and at least one condition was performed:

4.4.1.1. membership card (or membership number) is presented to an agent / indicated when booking a ticket or indicated in the special field while booking on-line on UIA website;

4.4.1.2. membership number is indicated in the special field during web check-in;

4.4.1.3. membership card (or membership number) is presented at the check-in desk at the airport of departure.

4.4.2. Miles for UIA additional services are credited to Member’s account automatically till 15 (fifteen) calendar day of the month following the month using the service in case membership card or membership number was presented during the service was purchased. First and Last name of the person to whom the service is booked must match First and Last name of the Panorama Club Member, the number of which is specified when purchasing service. Miles are not credited for additional services purchased on UIA charter flights, including charter quota on regular flights.

4.4.3.Miles for the Panorama Club Non-aviation Partners’ services are credited to Member’s account automatically on the basis of the Partners report after 15 (fifteen) calendar day of the month following the month using the service in case membership card or membership number was presented during the service was purchased and the report was provided by the Partner in time. First and Last name of the person to whom the service is booked must match First and Last name of the Panorama Club Member, the number of which is specified when purchasing service. Miles for the Panorama Club Non-aviation Partners’ services can be credited also quarterly, depending on the terms of cooperation with Partner. UIA is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Panorama Club Partners.

4.4.4. Miles for the purchase of goods and services of Panorama Club Non-aviation Partners are credited to Member’s account based on the “Online stores” offer Terms and Conditions.

4.5. Retroactive miles accrual. In case miles are not credited to Member’s account automatically, miles can be credited retroactively within 6 (six) months from the date of the flight or service using. Retroactive miles accrual is only available for flights / service using performed from the actual date of Member’s registration in Panorama Club.

4.5.1. Miles for UIA flights can be credited to the Member’s account retroactively in case Member has done one of the following actions:

4.5.1.1. Completed “Missing Miles request” form in the Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). If the form is completed correctly miles for the flight will be credited automatically.

4.5.1.2. Presented to Panorama Club office flight documents confirming the flight: original / copy of the ticket and/or boarding pass. Miles are credited within 14 (fourteen) days after flight documents were received. Flight documents transmitted to Panorama Club cannot be returned on Members request.

4.5.2. Miles for Panorama Club Partner Airline’s flight can be credited to the Member’s account retroactively in case Member has done one of the following actions:

4.5.2.1. Presented to Panorama Club office flight documents confirming the flight: originals of the ticket and boarding pass. Miles are credited within 14 (fourteen) days after flight documents were received. Flight documents transmitted to Panorama Club cannot be returned on Members request.

4.5.2.2. Completed “Missing Miles request” form (for Austrian Airlines flights) form the Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). If the form is completed correctly miles for the flight will be credited automatically within 8 (eight) weeks, after receiving confirmation from Panorama Club Partner Airline.

4.5.3. Miles for UIA additional services can be credited retroactively within 6 (six) months from the date of service using on the basis of the document confirming the service purchase.

4.5.4. Miles for Panorama Club Non–aviation Partner’s services can be credited retroactively within 6 (six) months from the date of service using on the basis of the document confirming the service purchase and an appropriate confirmation from Panorama Club Partner. Retroactive miles accrual for the purchase of services on the UIA and Panorama Club Partner’s websites is not available.

4.6. Miles validity.

4.6.1. Validity of miles accrued on Member’s account are 36 (thirty six) months from the actual date of:

  • flight performed;
  • service used;
  • miles accrued by special offers, promotions, etc.

4.6.2. Miles that were not redeemed within 36 (thirty six) months, automatically expire on the last calendar day of the current quarter. At the same time, 31.03.2017 will be provided an automatic expiration of miles accumulated on the Members’ accounts for the entire period until 31.03.2014 and not redeemed by Members on 31.03.2017.

4.6.3. The amount of miles that will expire over the next 5 (five) quarters is indicated in the Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

4.6.4. Member must use miles that will expire before the date of automatic expiration. Miles that were expired from Members’ accounts are non-refundable.

4.7. Miles transfer, miles exchange.

4.7.1. Each Member has a personal account / profile to register the accrued miles. Miles from the personal account of one Member cannot be transferred to the account of another Member, combined with the miles on the accounts of other Members, or transformed into miles of another loyalty program.

4.7.2. Miles cannot be converted into money equivalent.

4.7.3. Sale, exchange, auction or any other way of transferring miles to the third parties are prohibited. Negotiations about miles purchase or sale, miles purchase from Members or the third parties, as well as illegitimate usage of miles are prohibited.

4.8. Miles purchase.

4.8.1. Member can buy miles for Panorama Club awards. Purchased miles are bonus miles that can be used for Panorama Club awards but do not qualify for membership level upgrade to Panorama Club Classic / Panorama Club Premium.

4.8.2. Conditions if miles purchase:

  • Minimum number of miles to buy – 1 000 miles.
  • Maximum number of miles to buy (during the calendar year) – 50000 miles.
  • Multiplicity of miles to buy – 100 miles.
  • Cost of 1000 miles to buy – 50 USD.

4.8.3. Funds for the purchase of miles are not refundable.

5. MILLEAGE REDEMPTION

5.1. Opportunities of miles usage.

5.1.1. Members can use miles for Panorama Club awards: Award Tickets on UIA own regular flights and Panorama Club Partner Airlines flights; Award Upgrades on UIA own regular flights; tickets discounts on UIA own regular flights and UIA code-share flights (under PS code).

5.1.2. Actual information about opportunities of Panorama Club miles usage, amount of miles which are needed for awards placed on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). A Member can also use Miles Redemption Calculator on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section) to know the amount of miles that is needed for the Award Ticket or Award Upgrade on UIA own regular flights.

5.1.3. UIA reserves the right to determine the number of miles required for Panorama Club awards, issuing conditions, as well as to make any changes without prior notice, including changes to the list, cost and availability of awards, cancellation of certain types of awards, etc.

5.1.4. Each Member has a personal account / profile to account collected miles. Panorama Club award can be issued for the Member from their own Member’s account or for any other third party as an award transfer in case a Member has enough miles for the award on the account. Miles from the personal account of the Member cannot be transferred to the account of another Member, combined with the miles on another Members’ accounts.

5.1.5. In case of incorrect redemption of miles UIA reserves the right to make changes to the Member’s account balance without prior notice.

5.1.6. Award booking and issuing are made in Panorama Club, UIA ticket offices, through UIA Contact Center, or in UIA representative offices abroad.

5.1.7. Some restrictions for awards issuing may appear depending on the date, season, destination and other circumstances. Member should provide alternate travel dates when ordering Panorama Club awards.

5.1.8. Sale, exchange, auction or any other way of transferring Panorama Club awards to the third parties are prohibited. Negotiations about Panorama Club awards purchase or sale, Panorama Club awards purchase from Members or the third parties, as well as illegitimate usage of Panorama Club awards are prohibited.

5.1.9. Actual information about another temporary or permanent ways of miles usage are placed on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section).

5.2. Award Ticket.

5.2.1. Award Tickets are issued on UIA own regular flights and Panorama Club Partner Airlines flights. Award Tickets are not issued on UIA and Panorama Club Partner Airlines charter and codeshare flights.

5.2.2. To book an Award Ticket a Member should complete an Application in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section) or contact Panorama Club or UIA Contact Centre, providing full details of the planned flight: First name and Last name of the passenger, card number and First name and Last name of a Member from the account of which the award will be issued, route and dates of flight, class of service, contact telephone number and email address, etc.

5.2.3. In case of Award Ticket booking less than 5 (five) calendar days before the date of international flight departure, Award Ticket issuing provides:

  • for Panorama Club Classic Members – with a fee 40 USD (fee is not applicable for UIA domestic flights within Ukraine);
  • for Panorama Club Premium Members – free of charge;
  • in case a fee collection for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) - 50% discount off the fee apply; for an infant (aged up to 2 years old) - 90% discount off the fee apply.

5.2.4. Award Ticket is valid for 1 (one) year after the date of issue.

5.2.6. Members are responsible for payment of any government, airport and any other taxes applicable at the time of Award Ticket issuance.

5.2.7. Round-trip Award Ticket can consist of 4 (four) flight segments maximum.

5.2.8. One-way Award Ticket can consist of 2 (two) flight segments maximum.

5.2.9. One-way Award Ticket cannot be issued on Partner’s Airlines below: Austrian Airlines, KLM, Air France.

5.2.10. Award ticket on Partner’s Airline Air France on Kyiv-Paris and Paris-Kyiv routes cannot be issued.

5.2.11. Award Ticket cannot be issued with an open date.

5.2.12. Miles for the Award Ticket are redeemed at the moment of the award issuing.

5.2.13. One-way Award Ticket is available at 60% of Round-trip Award Ticket mileage cost.

5.2.14. Amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive):

  • On UIA flights and TAP Portugal flights – is 50% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an adult.
  • On other Partner’s Airlines – is 100% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an adult.

Amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for the Unaccompanied Minor is the same as for an adult.

5.2.15. Amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an infant (aged up to 2 years old):

  • On UIA flights - is 10% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an adult.
  • On Partner’s Airlines – is 100% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an adult.

Amount of miles needed for the Award Ticket for an infant with seat is the same as for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive).

Award Ticket issuance for an infant and the associated adult in booking is provided from one Member’s account and in the same booking class. Combination of commercial and award booking classes, as well as different service classes is not available.

5.2.16. Award Ticket issuing from the child account (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) with the award transfer is permitted only for the child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive). Award transfer to adult (aged 12 years old and above) or infant (aged up to 2 years old) are not available.

5.2.17. In case of Award Ticket rerouting airport and any other taxes difference must be paid by the Member.

5.2.18. Award Ticket cannot be combined with Award Upgrade.

5.2.19. Award Ticket issuing is made in the same class of service on the whole route. Combining of different classes of service are not available.

5.2.20. In the Award Ticket UIA flights can be combined with the flights of only one of Panorama Club Partner Airlines. In this case mileage cost of such Award Ticket is calculated as two separate Award Tickets on the basis of the relevant mileage cost of Award Tickets on UIA flights and Panorama Club Partner Airline flights. In the Award Ticket UIA flights cannot be combined with the flights of two or more Panorama Club Partner Airlines as well as flights of two or more Panorama Club Partner Airlines cannot be combined with each other.

5.2.21. In round-trip Award Ticket one stopover(up to 7 days)is permitted on either an outbound or inbound flight. Stopovers are not allowed on a one-way trip. If passenger spends less than 24 hours at a transit point, it is not considered as a stopover.

5.2.22. Award Ticket can be issued with an Open jaw route: point of destination can be different from the point of departure, but must be within the same Award zone. If point of destination and point of departure are in the different Award zones, then mileage cost of such route will be considered as two separate one-way Award Tickets.

5.2.23. One Award Ticket shall be issued only from one Member’s account.

5.2.24. Date / route change in Award Ticket on UIA scheduled flights under the PS code can be made according to the following rule:

  • until the Award Ticket is not issued – without penalty;
  • after an Award Ticket was issued, when travelling in Economy Class – with a 40 USD penalty;
  • in case a penalty collection for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) - 50% discount off the fee apply; for an infant (aged up to 2 years old) - 90% discount off the fee apply;
  • after an Award Ticket was issued, when travelling in Business Class – without penalty.

5.2.25. If a prior cancellation of an Award Ticket was not made and in case of a no-show for the flight, a penalty 25 USD applies.

5.2.26. Commercial ticket bookings cannot be transferred into Award Ticket bookings.

5.3. Award Upgrade.

5.3.1. Award Upgrade can be issued only on UIA own regular flights. Award Upgrades are not issued on Panorama Club Partner Airlines, charter and codeshare UIA flights and for tickets, which is issued in group’s bookings, as well as issued with special discounts and terms for seamen.

5.3.2. Award Upgrade can be booked no later, than 12 (twelve) hours before departure.

5.3.3. To book an Award Upgrade a Member should complete an Application in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section) or contact Panorama Club or UIA Contact Centre, providing full details of the planned flight: First name and Last name of the passenger, card number and First name and Last name of the Member from the account of which the award will be issued, route and dates of flights, class of service, contact telephone number and email address, etc.

5.3.4. Award Upgrade is issued separately for each flight segment (for example: Kyiv-London).

5.3.6. Award Upgrade for 2 (two) or more flight segments, issued in one ticket shall be issued from one Member’s account.

5.3.7. Conditions of original ticket apply in case of changes or refund of the ticket with the Award Upgrade. If a member refuses from the Award Upgrade after the original ticket was reissued, the ticket will be reissued in economy class on the published fare available in the system at the moment the changes are made.

5.3.8. When ordering an upgrade on London-Kyiv, Paris-Kyiv and Nice-Kyiv UIA flights, passenger has to pay the difference between an airport taxes for economy and business class.

5.3.9. If an Award Upgrade is issued via UIA representative offices and agencies in Ukraine and abroad the additional service charge may apply.

5.3.10. Award Upgrade can be made only if the ticket is issued on UIA ticket blank (UIA ticket blank number is 566). For tickets purchased at agencies, which consists of UIA and other airlines flights, Award Upgrade may be restricted.

5.3.11. In case of rerouting, airport and other taxes difference must be paid by the Member. On some UIA routes when booking an Award Upgrade, Member has to pay the difference between an airport taxes for Economy and Business class.

5.3.12. Miles for the Award Upgrade are redeemed at the moment of issuing the award.

5.3.13. Amount of miles needed for the Award Upgrade for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) is 100% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Upgrade for an adult.

5.3.14. Amount of miles needed for the Award Upgrade for an infant (aged up to 2 years old) is 20% of the amount of miles needed for the Award Upgrade for an adult. Amount of miles needed for the Award Upgrade for an infant with seat is the same as for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive). Award Upgrade issuance for an infant and the associated adult in booking is provided from one Member’s accoun in the same booking class. Combination of commercial and award booking classes, as well as different service classes is not available.

5.3.15. Award Upgrade issuing from the child account (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) with the award transfer is permitted only for the child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive). Award transfer to adult (aged 12 years old and above) or infant (aged up to 2 years old) are not available.

5.3.16. Award Upgrade cannot be combined with Award Ticket.

5.4. Miles and Cash.

5.4.1. Miles and Cash payment (discount for miles) applies to all UIA own regular flights (except for business class on long-haul flights and business class on Kyiv-Nice / Nice-Kyiv flights), on code-share flights (under the PS code), on regular seat quota on UIA charter flights, including transit UIA flights.

5.4.2. Miles and Cash issuance conditions:

  • Minimum number of miles to exchange – 2000 miles.
  • Maximum number of miles to exchange (per transaction) – 125000 miles.
  • Can be pad for miles no more than 50% of the fare.
  • Cost of 1 000 miles to exchange – 10 USD.

5.4.3. Discount for miles request should be made no later, than 12 (twelve) hours before flight departure.

5.4.4. Discount for miles may only be used once for round-trip or one-way ticket.

5.4.5. Discount for miles applies to the published fare available in the system at the time of booking. Discount does not apply to the airport and other taxes, which are fully paid by the Member. The airport and other taxes level corresponds to the level applied via UIA Contact Center and ticket desks.

5.4.6. Service tax for ticket issuance on international routes is 5 USD, on domestic routes – is not applicable.

5.4.7. Discount for miles issuing from the child account (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) with the award transfer is permitted only for the child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive). Award transfer to adult (aged 12 years old and above) or infant (aged up to 2 years old) are not available.

5.4.8. In case the ticket is issued with the discount for miles, any other discounts (corporate, child, “Personal Offer”, etc.) cannot be applied to the same ticket.

5.4.9. Discount for miles cannot be combined with Award Upgrade.

5.4.10. One ticket with a discount for miles shall be issued only from one Member’s account.

5.4.11. All changes of the ticket issued with a discount for miles are made in accordance with the fare conditions to which discount have been applied.

5.5. Miles refund.

5.5.1. Miles for the unissued Award Ticket are refunded without penalty.

5.5.2. Miles for the unused Award Ticket can be refunded with a 40 USD penalty. In case a penalty collection for a child (aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) - 50% discount off the fee apply; for an infant (aged up to 2 years old) - 90% discount off the fee apply.

5.5.3. Miles for the partly used Award Ticket are nonrefundable.

5.5.4. Miles for the unused ticket issued with the discount for miles are refunded without penalty:

  • if the ticket is refundable according to fare conditions, miles are redeposited in full amount, while the amount paid by money is refunded in accordance with the original fare conditions;
  • if the ticket is non-refundable, miles are not redeposited.

5.5.5. Miles for the partly used ticket issued with the discount for miles are nonrefundable. Ticket is refunded in accordance with the fare conditions indicated in the ticket to which discount have been applied.

5.5.6. Miles for the unused Award Upgrade are refunded without penalty. Ticket is refunded in accordance with the original fare conditions.

5.5.7. In case of flight delay or cancellation due to commercial or unforeseen circumstances miles for Award Ticket, ticket issued with an Award Upgrade and ticket issued with the discount for miles are refunded without penalty. Full / partial refund of miles is made if a Member denied from alternative routes of transportation.

5.5.8. While booking UIA additional services for miles, miles can only be refunded in accordance with appropriate additional services’s refund terms and conditions.

5.5.9. When making a refund of miles to the Member's account, the miles which expired in the previous quarterly periods will be automatically redeemed at the time of the miles refund transaction.

6. AWARD TRANSFER

6.1. A Member may issue any Panorama Club award for miles accumulated on his / her account to any person of his / her choice by making an award transfer.

6.2. Miles and already issued Panorama Club awards cannot be transferred to another person.

6.3. In order to transfer award, the Member is needed to do one of the following actions:

6.3.1. To indicate persons to whom Panorama Club awards planned to be transferred in “Nominee list for award transfer" and to complete an Application for award issuance in Member Web Account on UIA website www.flyUIA.com (Panorama Club section). Adding by the Member these data to the “Nominee list for award transfer" confirms Member’s consent to the transfer of awards from his / her account to such persons. Entities cannot be indicated to the "Nominee list for award transfer". Nominee list can include up to 20 (twenty) persons, with the possibility of adding and removing person from the list.

6.3.2. To send an award transfer authorizing letter from the e-mail address indicated in the Member’s profile with the next information: Member’s First name and last name, Panorama Club membership number, First name and last name of the passenger (in English, as specified in the document, based on which the passenger will pass customs procedures), to which award is transferred, route and dates of flights, class of service, contact phone numbers and email address and confirmation of the consent for the indicated Panorama Club award issuance (with an indication of award mileage cost).

6.4. Panorama ClubTerms and Conditions also apply to the person to whom the award is transferred; it is the Members responsibility to ensure that the person receiving the transferred award is aware of Panorama Club Terms and Conditions.

6.5. UIA is not responsible for fraud or for any other illegitimate usage of Panorama Club awards.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. Members are responsible for violation of Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, if their actions fall under the restrictions mentioned in p.4.7.3. (miles sale / transfer) or p.5.1.8. (Panorama Club award sale / transfer).

7.2. In case of improper use of Panorama Club awards, which took place through Member’s fault, UIA or an authorized third party has the right to suspend awards issuance from the Member’s account, to cancel already issued awards and to refuse issuing awards in the future. This right does not exclude the UIA right to pursue further claims in respect of the Member, including claims for damages.

7.3. In case of improper use of Panorama Club awards, which took place through Member’s fault, UIA reserves the right to calculate the cost of the award and to require the Member who violates p.5.1.8 its payment.

7.4. In any cases, a Member has the right to present evidence that there is no damage caused by his / her actions or there is lack of evidence of his / her guilt.

7.5. UIA reserves the right to block Members account in Panorama Club, without the right to use accumulated miles or privileges for a period which is necessary for the proper investigation of the facts of possible violation of Panorama Club Terms and Conditions and Panorama Club awards misuse.

7.6. In case of the Member's death, participation in the Panorama Club and accumulated miles on the account shall be canceled and not inherited.

7.7. Panorama Club activity is governed exclusively by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes relating to the Panorama Club activities should be considered through bilateral negotiations or in the court at the place of UIA registration.
