“Our online helper is still yappy, it does not have all the answers, – noted Evgeniya Satska, UIA Communications Director. – If the chatbot can’t provide a comprehensive answer to a passenger’s question, the communication is automatically switched to our Contact Center. We believe that the launch of UIAhelper will make the UIA customer service more efficient.”
The airline expects to enhance the chatbot functionality. Soon, UIAhelper will be able to calculate ticket fares and make bookings, offer passengers a vast selection of UIA additional services and book relevant options, provide information on lost baggage via World Tracer, inform on Panorama Club membership and miles validity, bill additional services and award tickets, as well as book and issue the latter.
Finally, such complex options as ticket and additional service issuance, as well as payments via a credit card will be integrated into the UIAhelper functionality.
