Important: transportation of animal is allowed provided the passenger assumes full responsibility for animal and arranges all necessary health and/or vaccination certificates, export, import or transit permits etc. required by the laws and rules of departure, transit and arrival countries.

Transportation of animals (except for service animals) is always subject to payment of excess baggage charges.

Request for pet transportation should be sent to UIA Customer Support Center no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.
