Limitation of passenger`s mobility *

Passenger can ascend and descend steps and move in the aircraft cabin, but requires a wheelchair to and from the aircraft. Passenger cannot ascend and descend steps but can move in the aircraft cabin. He requires a wheelchair to and from the aircraft and must be carried up and down the steps. Note: own wheelchairs of passengers regardless of their weight and size cannot be accommodated in the aircraft passenger cabin and shall only be accepted as checked baggage on all UIA flights.

Important: request for transportation of a wheelchair passenger must be sent to UIA Customer Support Center no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

For some categories of the special assistance: if necessary, check-in staff is entitled to ask the passenger to provide the medical clearance form MEDIF (Medical Information Form) or medical card FREMEC (Frequent Traveller's Medical Card)
