UIA once again informs about the cancellation of flights to / from Tel Aviv

16.05.2021: Ukraine International Airlines informs that in order to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, UIA flights from Tel Aviv: PS778 and PS788 from May 16 have been canceled.

Decisions on flights scheduled for May 17 and 18 will be made in the near future with a corresponding transition to 48-hour scheduling.
UIA calls for monitoring of the information on the airline's website, as well as on the websites of Boryspil Airport and Ben Gurion Airport.
In the case of getting new information, passengers will be informed by sending the information to the e-mail they provided during booking or purchasing a ticket.

For tickets with actually canceled flights, the following actions are possible:

• Change of travel date for UIA flights without payment of penalty according to the fare in the original class during the ticket validity period, subject to removal of restrictions by the airport.
• Exchange of a ticket for a promo code with an additional 25% bonus on the UIA website
• Refund

Also, we remind you that in order to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, flights to / from Tel Aviv were canceled starting from 13.05.
