Due to the exceptional circumstances caused by the spread of COVID-19 and ongoing restrictions on entry in some countries, UIA offers flexible conditions for planning your trip.

IS YOUR FLIGHT CANCELED?

  • Obtain a promo code online. Exchange an unused ticket (its unused coupon) or an unused additional service for a promo code. The promo code can be used to pay the cost of a new ticket, including the fare and taxes, in any class of service for any UIA regular flight and UIA code share flight with WINDROSE airlines, as well as to pay the cost of an additional service on any UIA regular flight. The promo code can be used on the UIA website during 2 years from the date of its issuing.

If your ticket or additional service are not eligible for online refund procedure, please fill out the feedback form.​

  • Make a free* change date of your travel and rebook tickets for UIA flights to the same destination during the ticket validity:

* EXCEPTIONS: If new travel dates coincide with the high season periods, in case the original fare is not available the changes are possible with the payment for fare difference.

  • Send a claim ** for a refund for an unused ticket:

**IMPORTANT! Due to a large number of requests, your claim will be considered within 90 days from the date the request was received. Refund is made at the place of ticket/additional service purchase. If you purchased your ticket/additional service not at www.flyuia.com, but at the agency, please contact this agency to get a refund.
