Manage My Booking service
Have your travel plans changed? No worries! There is no need to reach the contact center and wait to change your ticket. Now, you can do everything yourself!
New features of the “Manage My Booking” service allow you to check the cost of making changes to the ticket, book new flights and services, and pay by card online.
What can you add?

The following methods are accepted for payment: Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, DinersClubInternational, Discover, UATP, MaestroUK, MaestroInternational (except Ukraine).

In order to use the "Manage My Booking" service, you need to follow the link and enter:
Making changes to the route is available for tickets issued on UIA forms (ticket number starts from 566) no later than 14 hours before the departure time of the first unused flight specified in the ticket.
Pre-booking of additional services is not available if your ticket is purchased for a flight operated by a partner airline or not under the UIA (PS) code.
