Dear passengers, please note that on Tuesday, the 16 of May, the handlers of the handling company Swissport Belgium plan to strike and protest all over Belgium. This can affect the process of unloading and loading baggage on flights arriving and departing from Brussels Airport this day. Please, if possible, consider the option of flying to / from the Brussels airport with hand luggage only, in order to avoid possible delay of your luggage.

In case your baggage will be delayed, the UIA will do the best to return it to you as soon as possible. To fill in the all-necessary documents, we advise you to contact the Lost & Found offices before leaving the arrival zone.
