UIA made an official statement on PS752 flight Saturday, January 11, 2020, Ukraine International management held a press briefing and stated that the airline had never had the slightest doubt the cause of the tragic accident with PS752 Tehran – Kyiv flight was unrelated to the operation or technical condition of the aircraft.

Safety has always been the UIA’s top priority. By making an official statement, Iranian authorities claimed responsibility for the catastrophe of passenger aircraft.

During the briefing, the press was presented with visual evidence that on the 8th of January PS752 Tehran – Kyiv used a routine takeoff heading similar to those used by the UIA aircraft for months and other carriers’

aircraft operating flights from Tehran International Airport that day.

The airline provides emotional support to families of the PS752 passengers and crew. For foreign nationals, UIA organized assistance in Canada and Iran with the 24/7 helpline operating in the company’s head office.

Simultaneously, emotional support is provided to the families of the citizens of Ukraine.

The UIA representatives joined the investigation team working at the site of the crash.
