Animals, bulky sporting equipment, non-folding wheelchairs, and weapons are not permitted for transportation by bus.
“This is the first time UIA launches an intermodal service, – noted Evgeniya Satska, UIA Communications Director. ‒ However, when it comes to transporting passengers to the base airport from localities within 300 km, many major European airlines take advantage of combi aircraft + bus services. Issuing a through ticket for this type of carriage we make sure our passengers are insured against various unforeseen situations which may take place during their journey.”
