Immigration Forms

Prior to or upon landing in Ukraine all non-Ukrainian citizens shall complete Immigration Forms(please download immigration form). You can receive a form either on board from our cabin crew or at your airport of arrival. The form consists of two parts, Arrival and Departure, and both parts must be filled-in and handed to an Immigration officer at the airport. Please keep the ‘Departure’ part until your return: you will have to present it to officials when you leave Ukraine.

Customs Clearance

Ukraine operates a Green and Red customs system. You may use the Green channel unless you have something to declare. Non-rsidents may use the Green channel provided they carry up to EUR 10,000 in cash; spirits – 1 litre; wine – 2 litres; beer – 5 litres; tobacco products – 200 cigarettes (or 200 grams of tobacco); food products for personal use – for the amount of EUR 50, except for meat products (for arrivals).

Transfer at Kiev Boryspil Airport

If you are a transit passenger in Kiev Boryspil Airport (KBP), please be aware of the following procedures.

Connecting from International to Domestic

Upon arrival at Kiev Boryspil Airport, you must clear Immigration, collect your baggage and clear Customs, before making your way to Terminal B for your onward domestic flight. This applies even if your bags have been checked through to the final destination.

Connecting from Domestic to International

Upon arrival at Terminal B, you shall collect your baggage and then make your way to Terminal F to clear Customs before checking in for your international flight.

Connecting from International to International

When checking in for your flight to Kiev, please inform UIA staff about your transit flight in Kiev Boryspil Airport.

Upon arrival at KBP please contact the UIA Ground Personnel who will take you to the Transit Hall, take your passport and tickets and check you in for the onward international flight. While waiting for your connecting flight you may wish to shop at Kiev Duty Free or visit a cafe in the main Departures Hall.
