Ways of Paying for UIA Tickets
When booking a ticket to your flight, you may choose among several payment methods whichever suits you best:
Cash
If you prefer traditional cash payment, you can purchase your ticket directly at UIA ticket offices, travel agencies or at your airport of departure. Advantages of this payment method: you can make your purchase when you are quite sure that you will travel and when it is suitable for you (within the time limits of your booking). This option is optimum if you don’t own a bank card nor have a bank account.
The cash payment procedure is very simple. Visit any UIA ticket office in town or at the airport (in advance), provide your travel details such as route, dates and flight time or your booking reference number (if you already have one), pay cash and receive your ticket.
Bank Transfer Through UIA Website
Within Ukraine, you may also choose to pay for tickets via a bank transfer. Please pick your itinerary on www.flyUIA.com, go to «Payer Details» page; look for “Payment Option” at the bottom of the page and tick “Bank transfer”. Information regarding the total amount and payment deadline will appear on your display; soon after a “Booking Confirmation” will follow as well as detailed guidelines as to how to pay via a bank transfer.
Within 20 minutes, we will send to your e-mail address a message with an invoice attached which must be paid within two working days.
Your e-ticket will be issued automatically upon receiving payment into the airline’s current account, and a “Confirmation” with your ticket number will be sent to your e-mail address.
Please note: This payment method may be used no later than 5 days prior to scheduled flights departure.
Card Payment
You may purchase your ticket using a payment card (credit or debit) either at any airline ticket office, over the phone or online.
If you book tickets over the phone, please provide an operator the details of your card which will be charged off for required sum. If you prefer not to give the details of your card over the phone, an operator can e-mail you a payment link. By clicking on this link, you can enter all required data into a special form and make a payment. This payment method is fast and safe.
If you choose to make an online payment, please indicate your card data at the last step of the booking process on our website. Once the payment has been made, we will issue an electronic ticket on your name and will send a confirmation to your e-mail address in 15 minutes.
Purchasing tickets online has several advantages. Firstly, ticketing fees for e-tickets are considerably lower than service fees charged by travel agents and ticket offices. Also, booking information and all the passengers’ details, once they enter the UIA booking system, cannot be lost or stolen.
FYI: We accept the following bank cards for online payment:
3% – in economy class
5% – in business class

Online Payment Security on flyUIA.com
In order to ensure your secure online transactions made on UIA’s official website we partner only the best and the most reliable online payment providers. When paying for air tickets online our passengers enter their payment card data only on a secure page of our acquiring bank partner which uses 3D-Secure technology for safe online shopping. The card processing system is in full compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) international security requirements.
Bank Transfer
Prior to paying for your ticket via bank transfer, please make a booking through our call centre. After the booking has been made, you will receive an invoice by fax or via e-mail. Your booking reference number will be indicated in the invoice.
You can pay this invoice at any bank and then check the payment status by contacting UIA call-centre.
Once the funds have been received on UIA account, we will immediately issue and send an itinerary receipt of electronic ticket to your e-mail address. Please print it out and present at the airport check-in desk.
In case you need a tax invoice for reporting purposes, please pick it up at our ticket office upon presenting a power of attorney.
