Special Meals

If you have special dietary requirements, you can let us know in advance and we will provide you with a suitable meal. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for special meal requests. Unfortunately, variations of the meal request cannot be accepted; also, requests for specific items such as lobster, steak, caviar, fruit plate made for personal preference cannot be accepted.

There are two types of special in-flight meals which can be reserved: vegetarian and kosher meals. Vegetarian meal is available on international flights (for economy and business class) and domestic flights (only for business class). For passengers which fly Kiev – Tel-Aviv – Kiev we can also suggest kosher meal.

You can order a special meal while booking and buying your ticket at UIA ticket offices, the airline's representative offices or travel agencies. If you have made a booking online at www.flyuia.com may order a special meal by using our special contact form or contacting callcentre by phone +38 044 581 5050 at least than 48 hours prior to departure.

If you are booking through a travel agent be sure to get a copy of your reservation details confirming that a special meal has been requested. If you change your reservation, we advise you to remind your travel agent or UIA reservation service that you have ordered a special meal. We also recommend that you re-confirm your request the day prior to your departure and also when checking-in for your flight.
