Starting December 6, 2009 UIA increases frequency of its own flights from Kiev to Tbilisi from 4 to 6 times a week. From now on UIA’s own flights will be operated daily, except Saturday.

On September 25th Ukraine International Airlines carried a young tapir from Vienna to Tbilisi via Kiev. Thus UIA continues cooperation with Tbilisi Zoo. The Airline had already carried rare deer, sea lions, a lion cub, cheetahs and other animals for this zoo.

As of October 25, 2009, Air France transfers its flights to Kiev to Terminal 2E of the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. All AF/UIA code share flights PS 9262/PS 9263 and PS 9282/PS 9283 now depart from and arrive at Terminal 2E, where the common check-in is in use.
UIA’s own flight PS 702 will be operated as before from Terminal B2
