Our ‘Best Price Promise' is to always offer the cheapest prices for Ukraine International own regular flights to customers booking online on www.flyuia.com.

If you've booked UIA own regular flight on our website and then you've found a price(fare & service fees) that is cheaper than it's on www.flyuia.com for the same flights on the same dates please contact us giving details of where you found that lower fare. If we've broken our promise we'll reward you with an upgrade to Business Class.

Please Note: You should contact us within 48 hrs of the day of purchase. Currency of the fare should be the same as on UIA website. Please forward us a screenshot of the site where you found a cheaper fare. Please send the screenshot as a Word ".doc" or as a ".jpeg" or ".gif" file. Also send us your booking reference. Your requests must be sent no later than 24h before departure.

In case of an upgrade on London-Kiev and Paris-Kiev flights, you have to pay the difference between the airport charges for economy and business class.
