Upgrade Request

Please book and purchase your Economy Class ticket first. After your ticket has been issued, please contact the Panorama Club office through the Upgrade Booking Form, or any UIA representative office to request an upgrade. Booking classes U, X are not eligible for upgrade.

Please, note: On Kiev-Frankfurt, Lvov-Frankfurt routes (and vice versa) booking classes E, G, J, K, L, M, O, R, T are not eligible for upgrade.

IMPORTANT. Please make sure that you order an upgrade no less than 5 working days prior to your travel date.
