Earn Miles with Etihad Airways

Panorama Club members can earn miles when flying with Etihad Airways. Please quote your Panorama membership number when you book a flight with Etihad Airways and remember to present your membership card at check-in. The number of miles you earn will depend on the class of travel booked as shown below.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until your miles are credited to your account. Should you not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Panorama Club Service Centre at +38 044 581 5252 or via panorama@flyuia.com. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

As per to our agreement with Etihad, miles for its flights are credited only if originals of boarding passes and air tickets are presented to Panorama club office: 201-203, Kharkivske Shosse, room 716, Kiev, 02121, Ukraine.

Redeem Miles with Etihad Airways

To redeem your Miles on Etihad Airways for a Reward ticket, please contact the Panorama Club Call Centre a minimum of 5 days prior to your intended date of departure otherwise a USD 40 penalty will be taken. Your booking will be subject to seats availability. The applicable taxes on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of issuing the ticket.

In economy class – 40,000 miles;

Terms and Conditions

Earning Miles with Etihad Airways

• Miles will be earned on all regular flights operated and marketed by Etihad Airways. Code-share flights operated or marketed by Etihad Airways with an airline other than UIA (code -PS) will not qualify for miles.
• Miles can be accrued on revenue tickets issued on First, Business and Economy classes of Etihad Airways flights.
• Mileage earning is based on the distance flown.
• Booking classes N, I, O, Z, X, T, S do not qualify for mileage earning*.
• Charter flights operated by Etihad Airways will not be eligible for mileage earning.
• Miles earned on Etihad Airways flights will not qualify for tier miles.

 * T, X booking classes do not qualify for mileage earning from 01.10.2011

Redeeming Miles on Etihad Airways

• Miles can be redeemed on all regular Etihad Airways flights.
• Miles cannot be redeemed on Etihad Airways code-share flights operated or marketed by any other airline.
• Seats are subject to availability.
• A minimum of 5 days notice is required for a redemption flight booking otherwise a USD 40 penalty will be taken.
• Child award tickets (for children aged between 2 and 11) can be obtained at the same mileage price as adult tickets.
• Infant award tickets (under 2 years) can be obtained at 10% of the adult mileage price.
  
• No blackout dates apply.
• The applicable taxes will have to be paid at the time of issuing the ticket.
