New destinations – more miles
On the occasion of the opening of UIA's scheduled flights between Kiev and Odessa we would like to offer Panorama Club members increased miles from 29 March to 31 May.  

Travel and earn miles with TravelSim
Earn 200 miles simply for signing up*, plus receive one mile per minute on both outgoing and incoming calls on your mobile phone when using the TravelSiM International Sim Card  

Upgrade Request

Please complete this form to request upgrade. Please make your request as far in advance as possible because award tickets are limited and not always available on every flight. If you book within five days of travel you will be subject to administrative fees. We will contact you as soon as this request has been processed.Booking classes O, R, T, G are not eligible for upgrade.
Please, note: on Kiev-Frankfurt, Lviv-Frankfurt route (and vice versa) booking classes E, G, K, L, M, O, R, T are not eligible for upgrade.

If the ticket is issued at the agency, upgrade to business class on UIA flights (for Panorama Club miles) can be made only in case when UIA flights are issued on a separate ticket.

Please, note: When redeeming Panorama Club miles for an upgrade on UIA London-Kiev,Paris-Kiev and Nice-Kiev flights, you have to pay the difference between the airport charges for economy and business class.
