Collect Miles

You have an opportunity to accumulate miles for:

  • UIA own regular scheduled flights;

  • UIA code-share flights (marketing seat quota on Partner Airlines flights, under PS code);

  • Partner airlines own regular flights;

  • UIA additional services – prepaid excess baggage service, pre-ordered meal service, Unaccompanied Minor service, pets transportation in the cabin;

  • Non-air partner goods/services purchase.

Miles are not credited for:

  • UIA’s and partner charter flights, including charter seat quota on regular flights;

  • Award and other service flights.

Miles are credited on member’s account automatically within 3 days from the date of UIA’s flight or within 8 weeks from the date of Partner Airlines flight in case:

  • membership card (or number) is presented when booking a ticket;

  • membership card (or number) is presented at the check-in desk at the airport.

  • first and last name spelling in the ticket corresponds the same spelling on the membership card.

Miles for Partner companies’ goods/services purchase are credited on the basis of the Partner’s report after 15th of the month following the month of the service.

Retro Claims. In case miles are not credited automatically, within 6 months from the date of the flight or Partner goods/services purchase member has to:

  • Complete the Missing Miles Request at the Personal Account indicating flight’s number and date, point of departure, point of destination, booking class and ticket number, which was used for the flight.

    Miles are credited automatically in case flight was operated by UIA or within 8 weeks when the flight was operated by partner airline (after flight confirmation receipt from the Partner Airline).

*In case of Award Upgrade issuance with the ticket reissue to the Premium Economy (I) or Business class (A), miles are accrued in accordance with the original fare (booking class), in which the ticket was purchased.
